Our Honey Melt & Pour Glycerin Soap Base is formulated with real honey extract and elevated glycerin — creating what is effectively a double-humectant soap base.
The base has a naturally warm, pale golden-straw colour from the honey extract and an inherently sweet, warm character that pairs beautifully with vanilla, jasmine, rose, sandalwood, and saffron fragrances — India's most beloved gifting fragrance family. This base produces some of the most premium-looking, premium-feeling finished bars in the melt and pour category.
This base contains honey — a bee-derived ingredient — and is therefore not vegan. It is suitable for body and hand soap applications. For facial soap or sensitive skin formulations, consider our Sulphate-Free range instead

Specifications
Shelf Life Details: Shelf life begins on the date of manufacture and is defined as the shelf life of an ingredient when it is stored and handled properly. The shelf life is offered as a general guideline.
Store in cool, dry location below 30°C. Avoid warm storage conditions which accelerate rancidity
Do not freeze — thawing causes texture changes
How to Use
This is a complete, ready-to-use melt and pour soap base. No lye, no cold process, no specialist equipment needed.
Step 1: Cut into smaller cubes & Melt on medium-low power only in 20-second microwave bursts, stirring between each. Or use a double boiler on very low heat. Never exceed 65°C. Do not boil it may begin to discolour at high temperatures.
Step 2: Watch for colour change: if the base begins to turn distinctly yellow or develops a cooked-milk smell, it has been overheated. Reduce temperature before continuing.
Step 3: Once completely melted, cool to 55°C before adding fragrance (1–3%).
Step 4: Add colour if desired — very small amounts are needed as the warm base tone already gives a natural, rich appearance.
Step 5: Pour smoothly into moulds. Spritz surface immediately with IPA.
Step 6: Allow to set for 3–5 hours at room temperature.
Step 7: Wrap immediately in cellophane after unmoulding.
